SALTING
The system consists in a series of ceiling-mounted ventilated evaporators with either direct expansion cooling or glycol water cooling designed for maintaining and managing by microprocessor controllers the desired temperature without reducing the humidity of the product..

RESTING
Dual version System may be provided  with either a "TURBO" powered solution or  with "AIR DIFFUSERs"
It consists basically of:

2) A set of air supply and return ducts. The ducts have been carefully designed to ensure temperature/humidity conditions are uniform throughout the room.
3) A programmable microprocessor for the management and control of all operating parameters.
BIFLUSSO
For high-ceiling rooms Frigomeccanica has developed "BIFLUSSO", a patented system that ensures maximum uniformity of temperature/humidity conditions even in rooms as high as 7-8 meters, with product loading up to 5-6 meters.
"Biflusso" is designed to achieve: SPECK DRYING / SMOKING
The smoking system is based on the following sections: All contact parts with smoke are made in AISE 304 stain steel.
The system is fully cleanable. The cleaning in place system is designed to remove any dirty residual inside ducts and ATU.
Air/smoke distribution:
The air circulation system is specifically designed to achieve uniform temperature/humidity conditions, to ensure that the stored products receive equal treatment.
System versions:
This room is also available in the different versions: TURBO, AIR DIFFUSER or BIFLUSSO, depending on the size of the room and the loading system.

The system is controlled and managed by a programmable microprocessor that controls all the various units and makes it possible to memorize and reproduce the drying and smoking cycle.

BIFLUSSO
Frigomeccanica has developed and patented the new BIFLUSSO drying system, which optimizes airflow circulation and control inside a prefabricated room.
This result was made possible by the specially designed system and structure elements.
These elements enable air circulation with vertical movement alternating the direction, from floor to ceiling and then ceiling to floor; at the same time the airflow is oscillated to obtain homogeneous horizontal distribution.
The Biflusso system is available in various versions to suit different needs.
The Biflusso meets the needs of the new drying and cooling systems, which are: Hygienic and health regulations are complied with as all the vertical walls are smooth and washable.
The system can be supplied in various versions, depending on the size and shape of the room, the type of product stored and the procedures used.



SPECK SEASONING
DUCTED VENTILATED SEASONING
This system uses an air treatment unit (cold evaporator + hot evaporator + ventilator) with an air distribution system consisting of supply ducts and return system.
The air distribution system is specifically designed to achieve uniform temperature/humidity conditions, to ensure that the stored products receive equal treatment.
This type of system is also particularly suitable for the addition of an "enthalpy" renewal system which allows the use of external air when weather conditions match the products' needs.

VENTILATED SEASONOING WITH EVAPORATORS
This system uses one or more dual-flow evaporators, each made up of two cooling sections, two heating sections and a ventilating section.
The system is completed by a set of mixing ducts whose function is to endure uniform air distribution.

Processing rooms
Processing rooms designed by Frigomeccanica are manufactured to control room temperature and humidity inside the rooms by means of refrigeration and heating plants.
The plants can be controlled through a microprocessor allowing to measure and instantaneously record the processed values and to guarantee environment healthiness for the personnel.
Air distribution is carried out by means of textile channels or anemostats.
